The Lung Cancer Initiative of North Carolina is committed to providing healthcare professionals with the most up-to-date information in lung cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment to ensure the best possible care for lung cancer patients.
The Initiative has created several patient educational materials to assist lung cancer patients in their diagnosis including a patient journal to help document their journey through treatment. To download or order materials, click here.
The Access to Care Gas Card program provides assistance to lung cancer patients while seeking treatment including clinical trials. Patients can receive a $50 gas card, up to 4 in a year. Please see here for more about the Access to Care Gas Card program.
