Whether you are a new volunteer or you’ve been with Lung Cancer Initiative for many years, we hope you will join us to learn more about how critical volunteers and advocates are in advancing our mission of saving lives and providing support to those affected by lung cancer in North Carolina. This year’s training will include education and updates about the Lung Cancer Initiative, different ways to volunteer and important information about what you need to know be a volunteer. We will also include education about the materials we provide to the community and ways to enhance your volunteer experience at health fairs and community events. We look forward to seeing you, and we appreciate your support as we continue to expand our programs and efforts throughout the state.
