Giving Tuesday is on November 28th this year and your generous donation helps to make a difference in lung cancer through research, education, access, and awareness. Join the world on this generous day by making a donation. Also, feel free to take a look at how your money is spent by clicking here.
Share your story of how lung cancer has affected you or a loved one on the Lung Cancer Awareness Month site as many lung cancer organizations come together to bring awareness to this disease. Don't forget to mention Lung Cancer Initiative of North Carolina. We also encourage you to share your story with your local newspaper, TV or radio station.
Wear a White Ribbon wherever you go and tell people what it's for. Ask friends and family - anyone you can think of - to wear one as well. Ribbons are available at the Lung Cancer Initiative office for free. Or you can make your own.
I Wear White after Labor Day for Lung Cancer - Print this sign and take a photo of yourself in white holding it. Then post it to our Facebook page, Twitter, etc. and tell people why you Wear White After Labor Day.
Use the hashtag #LCAM to be part of the global conversation.
